No Offense Picks
About

Know them better than they know themselves.

With over 20 years in wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA as a former professional fighter, plus a background in football and international soccer opportunities, sports have always been a huge part of my life.

What separated me as an athlete wasn't necessarily physical ability, but my obsession with film study, breaking down tendencies, and knowing my opponents better than they knew themselves.

Over time, I realized the part of competing I enjoyed most was the preparation, and No Offense Picks is really just an extension of that same mindset—using film, statistics, and matchup analysis to understand how a game or fight is likely to unfold.

At the end of the day, I'm just a sports nerd who loves studying the numbers, questioning narratives, and figuring out the why behind the what. Sometimes that preparation leads to detailed game scripts that seem to play out almost exactly as anticipated, but there's no crystal ball involved.

Just three things:

Preparation.
Preparation.
Preparation.

The rules every pick is graded by

  • Every official pick goes up before the start, at least an hour ahead. Each graded pick shows how long before the start it was posted.
  • Grading is automatic, straight from the final score or the fight result. Nobody chooses which results count.
  • Only official picks count. Leans are labeled and kept out of the record.
  • Bonus picks on other sports count in the record, the way Niko keeps his ledger, and have their own line so you can see them apart.
  • Weeks run Tuesday to Monday, Pacific time. A week joins the public record once it is complete.
  • ROI is net units divided by units risked. Pushes count as risked at zero profit; voids are excluded.
  • A parlay is one pick at the ticket price.
  • Mistakes are corrected with a new version. The original stays in the history, with the reason.
